5. Before using the crane, check whether the safety device of the crane can work normally

6. Check the entire power pipeline, and there can be no oil leakage or pressure loss.

2. Operation process using steps

1. Observe the operating environment of XCMG truck crane, select the appropriate Angle for lifting operation, ensure that there is enough space for the left and right legs to be fully opened, and stop the car in a suitable position away from the goods according to the weight of the goods;

2. Start the car, hang up the force extractor, make the force extractor in working state, the specific operation is to step on the clutch, put the transmission handle in the neutral position, start the car, observe the pressure value, 0.5-.06Mpa, pull out the manual air valve of the force extractor, slowly release the clutch, at this time the clutch is in working state;

3. After the completion of the inspection before the operation of the crane, the crane can be used to carry out the operation of the supporting leg and the lifting arm;

4. Pull the selection valve to the leg position on the sign, perform leg operation, open the movable leg locking device, extend the left and right horizontal leg and left and right vertical leg oil cylinder according to the corresponding mark of the operating rod, and ensure that the leg is fully extended to support the crane;

5. After the leg cylinder supports the crane, the selected valve is pulled to the crane position on the sign, and the hoisting operation is carried out by the crane.
